Fuzzy’s Big Ole Mess… Asian Cajun Fusion, Mixing the favors of Asia with the spicy heat from them New Orleans’ Streets! Bringing the heat my competitors won't be able to handle. My gumbo is a unique blend of the finest smoked sausage, beautifully roasted chicken, and the finest vegetables known to mankind. My recipe speaks for itself, no need to say more, like some of my competitors that need to explain where their seafood is from (we know they live in the ocean). Its from years and years of hardwork and dedication! It lives up to its name and im sure you’re going to love it! My competitors won't know what hit them. As an old Cajun once told me….BAM now, that's gots some flavor!
